    Birżebbuġa

Beach short lets on several channels.

Short lets around Pretty Bay are often family-owned flats let through Booking.com, Airbnb and Vrbo in summer, with the owners' own weeks blocked out in between.

Connecting every calendar the flat uses turns all of those into one cleaning schedule. Only real guest checkouts are cleaned, at the same per-bedroom price, whatever the channel.

    What is included

One standard in Birżebbuġa, whichever platform the guest booked on.

A short let turnover does not change because the booking came from a different site. Neither does the checklist.

    Every calendar connected

Booking.com, Vrbo, Airbnb and any direct-booking calendar that exports an iCal link, all feeding one schedule.

    All your flats together

Each property appears in the same dashboard, with its own cleans, photos and spend.

    Bins on collection day

Malta collects a different stream each day. Taking the bins out can be added to any clean for EUR 5.

    Photo proof on every platform

Timestamped photos after each clean, whichever platform the guest booked through.

    How it works

Several calendars in, one Birżebbuġa cleaning schedule out.

    01

    Connect each calendar

Paste the iCal export link from Booking.com, Vrbo, Airbnb or your channel. Once per calendar, per flat.

    02

    One schedule forms

Every checkout from every platform lands in a single schedule, read every hour and assigned to a cleaner.

    03

    Review, then billing

Photos arrive by email as each clean is filed. Raise nothing in the review window and it is billed.

    Why

Why Birżebbuġa short let hosts connect calendars instead of cleaners.

    01

    Owners' weeks left alone

Dates you block for yourself are not checkouts, so nothing is cleaned or charged.

    02

    Every channel, one list

Booking.com, Vrbo, Airbnb and direct calendars are read every hour.

    03

    Long summer stays

A €15 reset clean gives the flat an extra hour after a long booking.

    04

    Same price as the north

No surcharge for the far south.

    Short let cleaning in Birżebbuġa

Short let cleaning in Birżebbuġa handles seasonal beach flats listed on several sites. Short let cleaning in Malta connects every calendar and cleans only real guest checkouts.

Beach stays go through towels fast; laundry for short lets and how many linen sets you need help plan the season.

For Airbnb-only flats, see Airbnb cleaning in Birżebbuġa.

Seasonal short lets in the south

Many Birżebbuġa flats spend the summer earning their keep. Owners list them on two or three booking sites from May to October, use them themselves for a few weeks, and leave them quiet in winter. It is a common pattern along Malta's southern coast.

The difficulty is keeping cleaning in step with a calendar that mixes guests and family. Building the schedule directly from the connected calendars means only guest checkouts become cleans, and the family's own weeks are left alone.

Every guest turnover follows the same fixed order: linen from your own stock, bathroom and kitchen reset, floors, rubbish, keys and photos. The per-bedroom price includes travel to the south and holds from the first booking of summer to the last.
