Amenities

Amenities is the general term for everything a listing offers beyond the bare flat itself: a washing machine, air conditioning, a dishwasher, whatever a guest sees listed as included before booking.

Why the term is broader than restocking

Amenities describes fixed features of a flat, appliances and facilities that stay whether a guest is there or not. That is a different thing from restock, which covers the small consumables refilled on every turnover. A washing machine is an amenity; the dishwasher tablet that goes in it is a restocked item.

Why the distinction matters for a listing

Getting the two confused leads to a listing that promises amenities it does not actually maintain, or a host who assumes a working amenity means the consumables that go with it are covered too. Being specific about which is which avoids a guest arriving expecting something that was never actually promised, the same way a turnover covers cleaning but never the fixed features of the flat itself.

Conclusion

Amenities are what a flat has, restocking is what gets refilled inside it. Different problems, both worth getting right.
